If this is serious, what are we going to do about Buffets?


The Wynn Las Vegas, just prior to closing its buffets, instituted steps to insure the safety of its guest. All visitors to the buffets were required to sanitize upon entry, and the hotel used food ambassadors to hand guest plates, and to serve the food, limiting the exchange of germs from the sharing of utensils. What step will state, and local governments take to limit the spread of the coronavirus and flu through improper sanitation at local restaurants?
